Hillbilly Bacon is back! The consistency is similar to regular smoked bacon as it’s a mix of meat and fat. Size wise it’s wider and similar in length.

It’s cut from the pork butt and has the same smoke and cure as the Smoked Bacon and Smoked Canadian Bacon.
